Online Banking just got better!
Now, Online Banking gives you even more. Here’s what you’ll find:
Items that will not change:
- Your Login ID and Password will not change.
- The Login Image and Phrase will remain the same.
- Your challenge questions and answers will remain the same.
The first time you log in, you will be asked one of your three challenge questions. Enter your Password and hit Submit. You will then see a one-time Online Access Agreement. Check the “I Accept this Agreement” box and click Submit.
- Once in the system, you will notice is a change in the layout and colors. In addition:
- The Account Balances page will be called the View Balances Page.
- Account numbers are truncated so only the last four digits appear.
- Transaction history can be reached by clicking on either the account number or the account balance.
- A new link appears called Preferences—on this page are links to nickname and order accounts. There are links to manage passwords, the login image and phrase, as well as challenge questions and answers.
- The Other Services link keeps its name. The old Q-Cards button is now called Alerts. In the new system Alerts are expanded and have a different appearance.
- The old Exit button now becomes a link called Logout.
- The Transfer link opens a page with dropdown boxes instead of listing all accounts as to and from. It also provides a specific confirmation page for the requested transfer.
- Another name change with transfers is that the old View Postings becomes Transaction History and is searchable instead of showing history as the old system did.
- Bill Payment will remain the same in appearance and function.
- A link on the Accounts page called Search provides extensive search functions.
